Terms and Conditions

These terms and Conditions apply between the Buyer (you”,your”) and Beyond Bamboo Global Ltd (BBG) in connection with the provision of the services between us.  It is important that you read and understand these terms and Conditions before agreeing to them.  We are entitled to amend the Conditions from time to time and we will make updated versions available on the Beyond Bamboo Wholesaler MarketPlace. The Vendor acknowledges that it is your responsibility to be aware of any changes made.

Buyer contract with BBG

It shall be entirely at the discretion of BBG whether or not to accept a Buyer, acceptance will be communicated with you via our ´register with us´ acknowledgement link or via direct email between the parties at which time these Conditions shall become immediately applicable.  

These Conditions will apply throughout a Buyers term on the website or until either party wishes to terminate the contract.  Should a party wish to terminate the service/contract, notification will need to be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the contract coming to an end, this may be shorter at the discretion of BBG and in extraneous circumstances. 

As part of your registration you will be asked to agree to a services contract and confirm the following:

  1. You confirm you are established as a company, partnership, sole trader or unincorporated association or enterprise and that you have a registered trading address, a telephone contact and email address
  2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your passwords to the Buyer dashboard remain secure and confidential, and that you inform us immediately if you feel that it has come under compromise.
  3. You must not allow access to the vendor dashboard by any unauthorised third parties who do not require access for the completion of normal business activities.
  4. You agree not to circumvent BBG or directly approach or contact any vendor listed in our catalogue and must make any preexisting relationship with vendors know to your account manager.
  5. You agree to not knowingly cause adverse affect the reputation of BBG or the BBG brand. 

The services provided by BBG

We reserve the right to amend, or alter the service provided to you at any time and any variations in this service will be subject to the Conditions. BBG is a one stop provider for ethical and sustainable products for your business. Upon request we will create a bespoke catalogue of vetted products that meet your specific requirements. BBG will handle all the negotiations with the wholesaler on your behalf to include but nit limited to, purchases order negotiation, payment, delivery notification.

Shipping Costs and Delivery

All shipping cost and insurance will be covered by the Buyer unless it has been agreed with the Vendor. Insurance will cover the goods during transit and until it has been received by the Buyer only. You will be provided with a BOL and tracking information once the product has been shipped.

Purchase Orders

Please contact your account manager prior to submitting a PO to ensure that you have all the returns, minimum order amount and payment and delivery terms and conditions. 

Please not the following information must be included with each PO

a. Your BBG Ltd account number (supplied once your account is open).

b. Your purchase order number.

c. Expected delivery date. (ask your account manager for further details).

d. Carriage charges if applicable (ask your account manager for further details).

e. Delivery address and booking in details if applicable.

f. All purchase order documents need to be sent to: orders@beyondbamboo.online

Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns: As BBG do not hold vendors stock, the return process of products are between the Vendor and the buyer but BBG will act on your behalf to facilitate returns where possible with the vendor. As most wholesale orders are made to order certain products have return limitations and these limitations will be detailed prior to your order being submitted. Please contact your account manager if you have any questions or concerns.

Refund Policy to buyers

Refunds are subject to consumer rights and a buyer can request a refund from their account dashboard. Please note refunds are subject to the Vendors returns and refunds policy. As products are mostly made to order refunds are limited to the conditions of the vendor. Please ensure you have the specfic refund limitations from your account manager.
