ABOUT: This prayer rug is big enough to perform prayer without changing the position, and still compact and light when folded so it fits in any bag. The minimalistic design was inspired by Islamic geometry and the creation of heavens with a simple colour pallet in blue gold. Made from wool, it is naturally water and dirt repellent, and it can only absorb dirt superficially. Shake out and vacuum with a light pull regularly - this is the most effective and environmentally friendly way of removing dust. Since these woven prayer rugs are handmade and hemmed, thread escape can never be completely avoided. If a thread should flee, it is best to cut it with scissors and not tear it off.
