This beautiful traditional Tibetan Singing Bowl is handmade in India, near the foothills of the Himalayas. It comes with a solid mango wood mallet and the bowl is hand-hammered to create the perfect, calming and meditative sound. The sound and vibrations promote a relaxed state, ideal for deep meditation, relaxation, and inspiration! There are two ways to play a singing bowl. The first is to strike the side of the bowl with the mallet, the second is to rub the rim of the bowl with the mallet.
