ABOUT: Rippled olive ash bowel made from Derbyshire ash, this bowl has a little bit of everything - Olive Ash tones, spalting and rippling. The wood was turned when it was slightly green, then dried in the workshop. The bowls straight outer sides blend into a slight foot, with the inside turned to a gentle curve. It’s a stunning piece - whether used for serving food or just for display. It is finished in a food-safe hard wax oil.
